The ECO-SA VERT is a cost effective automated balancer, which only requires an operator to load/unload the part. This machine has been developed to fill the gap between a manual and a high specification semi-automatic balancer. A semi-automatic machine allows high throughput and guaranteed quality.
The powerful UNI-44 Windows-based measuring system enables us to produce a cost effective semi-automatic balancer without the need for a PLC and other complex controls.
The ECO-SA Vert allows customers to have an AUTOMATED SOLUTION where normally a manual machine would be used. It is an ideal choice for customers with limited budgets or handling small volumes.

The ECO-SA Vert comes with an accurate air chuck to hold parts to within a few microns. This
allows a variety of components to be held simply by changing the chucks’ jaws to ones more suitable for the particular part being balanced. In addition, the machine comes with standard interlocked guarding to suit most production processes. Special guards can be supplied if larger, heavier, parts are being balanced and an overhead crane is used.
