Vertical Non-Rotating Balancing Machines
Universal Balancing vertical non-rotating balancers are used exclusively for static (single plane) balancing only. The unbalance in the part causes the location plate to tilt and this movement is measured by our LVDT pickups. A signal is generated and processed through our computer and displays the amount and angle of unbalance in a matter of just a second or two. Typical parts balanced on a non-rotator include fans, discs, propellers, grinding wheels, wheels and tires and similar parts. Vertical non-rotating balancers can be used as a manual or incorporated in a automatic system. The Vertical non-rotator comes standard with the UNI-44 Window's based touch screen operated instrument using our Winbal software.
